Interlude
At the office today, three of us were standing in a corridor chatting idly. At one point a guy came out of a nearby office and said to us, “Hey what’s the word for when oh yeah superstition,” and went back into his office. I cracked up.
Then a few minutes later, he came out and stayed and chatted with us for a bit. Then, while somebody else was talking, this guy suddenly said, “I just completely lost the ability to listen to things – so I’m gonna leave now.” I cracked up again.
Things like that need to happen more often.
